In a stand mixer, combine melted butter and sugars until they come together.
Add in the eggs and vanilla, combine all together well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add the flour mixture to the batter in the stand mixer and combine until flour is incorporated. Do not over mix.
Add in the chocolate chips. Combine all together.
Roll the cookies into small balls approximately 1 tbsp each and place on a baking sheet.
Place cookies on baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 - 60 minutes. (Overnight is best!)
Bake cookies 2 inches apart in 350 degree oven for 13 - 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for ~10 minutes before placing on a cooling rack. Try not to eat them all at once (good luck with that!)
