Easy Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Nothing like it....add some cheese...YASS HUNNY YASS! (LOL)
- 2 lbs potatoes (cooked)
- 1 stick butter, salted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (use more/less to get desired consistency)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
Cook potatoes and mash.
In the stand mixer, add butter and half of cream. Combine well.
Add cheese. Slowly pour in additional cream.
Add salt.
Taste!!
Transfer to baking dish. Place in oven on broil at 450 for approx. 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
