- 2 lbs potatoes (cooked)
- 1 stick butter, salted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (use more/less to get desired consistency)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt, to taste
- Cook potatoes and mash.
- In the stand mixer, add butter and half of cream. Combine well.
- Add cheese. Slowly pour in additional cream.
- Add salt.
- Transfer to baking dish. Place in oven on broil at 450 for approx. 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
