Easy Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Nothing like it....add some cheese...YASS HUNNY YASS!  (LOL)


  • 2 lbs potatoes (cooked)
  • 1 stick butter, salted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (use more/less to get desired consistency)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt, to taste


  • Cook potatoes and mash.
  • In the stand mixer, add butter and half of cream. Combine well.
  • Add cheese. Slowly pour in additional cream.
  • Add salt.
  • Taste!!
  • Transfer to baking dish. Place in oven on broil at 450 for approx. 10 minutes until the top is golden brown.
