In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and milk. Heat in the microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Continue heating and stirring until smooth.
In a small to medium sized dish, spread the melted chocolate. (I like to use a 6 inch cast iron skillet).
Spread the marshmallows all over the top of the chocolate.
Turn the oven broiler on. Place the chocolate and marshmallows in the oven under the broiler for approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Watch it closely so the marshmallows don't burn.
Remove from oven and serve immediately with the graham crackers (or anything else that sounds good to you!)
