Avocado Aioli

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- Juice of one lemon
Directions
- 1.
Combine egg yolks until smooth.
- 2.
Add mashed avocado. Combine until smooth.
- 3.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil.
- 4.
Add salt, garlic powder and lemon juice.
- 5.
Taste and Enjoy!
