Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- LOTS mini marshmallows
- graham crackers (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and milk. Heat in the microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval. Continue heating and stirring until smooth.
- In a small to medium sized dish, spread the melted chocolate. (I like to use a 6 inch cast iron skillet).
- Spread the marshmallows all over the top of the chocolate.
- Turn the oven broiler on. Place the chocolate and marshmallows in the oven under the broiler for approximately 3 – 5 minutes. Watch it closely so the marshmallows don't burn.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately with the graham crackers (or anything else that sounds good to you!)
